So you use a desktop computer Glenn? I find it much easier to use a laptop,I 
type with my right hand, using a splint and pencil as well, I use the mouse pad 
with my left hand and click the mouse buttons with the right.

Go to ease-of- Access Center-make the keyboard easier to use-use the 
numeric keyboard to move the mouse around the screen. 
I don't use the mouse pad, although I also have a large trackball 
mouse.
