Most modern vehicle security systems will have a variety of accessory options and all of this convenience is all-in-one remote! You have to have someone to put some relays to connect into the van system to the alarm. A pretty decent remote start and six outputs and would most likely be $300-$400 depending upon what kind of shop labor rates are? If you do research of finding your own system and relays you will save money that way! Most custom audio shops are the best for this kind of work and what ever you do do not go somewhere like Best Buy's they would overcharge a ridiculous amount!
