Yes I do. They are noisey and the best is louder. If you get one, insist on two snap sheets. never allow smoking near them. They don't alternate presure. They are low air loss. Never put covers over the snap sheets. Just wipe it off with mild soap and water. I think you have to have a stage 4 wound to get one. Maybe thay alternate now. Bw, john
