I am currently taking 2 of the12% Natures way brand. I take it untill the bottle runs out and give my body a week or two break untill I start up again. I do have low blood pressure but I have never noticed it getting worse on this dosage. I think all of us should take this because it is anti-bacterial, antiviral and antifungal which is why it helps with dandruff. I even noticed that it helps with my one eye that used to infected all the time. Of course nothing is a miracle cure, after all we quads have a lot to contend with but this does absolutely help.
