I looked into the MV-1 and had high hopes for it. But, as was stated earlier, 
it was designed for mass transit, not the consumer market.

It got horrible mileage [12 mpg?]
Drove and felt like a tank [good or bad, depending on your situation],
and had a clumsy ramp and door setup.

I hope they regroup under bankruptcy protection and then find a better design.
