I just take them off and rub them on my shirt, if I'm wearing long sleeves, I use my sleeve, of course I have dropped the a few times and they don't always turn out very clean, but sometimes it's better than nothing sometimes.

I've been wearing glasses off and on for several years, now I'm wearing my new glasses full time. When I clean them it leaves a film on the lens. Does anybody here have any tips on how a quad can clean his glasses without having to call on someone else?
