That sounds like a great trip. I too take a similar road trip every couple of years from Los Angeles, Ca. to Des Moines, Ia. to see relatives. I luv traveling by van. You see the country and so many interesting places on the way. It's a 3 day drive if you take your time and stop to see monument, parks, museums, and restaurants.
