One teaspoon won't cure you. It takes one spoon daily over a period of
time. Ask your doctor first.

She said it was likely arthritis and gave me Celebrex which didn't help
much. Then I tried mobic which hasn't helped much either. Now I take a couple
of aleve. Did cod liver oil help? Does it cause loose bowels? Thanks.

Cod Liver Oil was used several years ago to keep joints lube'd and it was
healthy. Does your primary doctor know of your issues and what was
recommended.

Here is my current crisis. My shoulder joints have become so sore I can't
sleep on them. Even worse, my right shoulder will lock when I'm trying to
turn the steering wheel. Not good, even a little bit. Anybody else have such
a problem? I'm getting afraid to drive.
