fever is the warning sign that something is wrong. more so in a spinal injured 
person because we cant feel more than half our body. the first thing that 
should be checked is the urine, does it look cloudy, smell, dark?
if the urine looks bad either call your primary physician or urologist and 
either bring a urine sample with you in a sterile container or give sample at 
office they will give you an antibiotic, probally cipro to start don't let the 
fever linger to long in any case
