This morning during bowel care I had an A.D. episode that scared the shit out of me, well actually that was the problem, I guess I was constipated. Thankfully my roomate had some nitroglycerin which immediaetly helped. I've only experienced this once before about 20 yrs. ago. Have any of you had to go to the hospital for that? When do you know to seek medical help? I'm still a little shakey.
