There is a guy on youtube that has had a wound vac attached to his buttocks for years in an attempt to heal. He has many videos and is a nice guy to talk to. His youtube name is d72466fly. The mans been a para for 20 yrs or more. He would know all about the vac and he is in the united states just across the mexican border I believe. His wife is of Mexican decent and speaks Spanish as well. Maybe this can help the guy with the wound.
