[QUAD-L] Having another sphincterotomy soon.

I had a bladder workup all done few weeks ago and found that im not emptying my 
 bladder as well anymore. To avoid uti's my 
Dr recomended a sphincterotomy. I always used a external texas cathater.
I had this procedure done many  years ago.
Do you guys have any input on what to expect this time?
