I think you're getting great advice but without actually seeing the chair there 
is almost no way anyone good give you the right advice. unfortunately your best 
bet is to take it to the DME who provided you with the chair. The more 
complicated chairs get, the more you have to go back to the providers.

Your scowling needs to be adjusted. Mine did the same thing. You can tweak the 
seat riser to relieve the pressure. If the creaking goes away when you rise up, 
that's the cause.
