That was my first thought. I'm obviously not a doctor but my blood pressure is usually low. I don't add salt to my food, just tons of pepper. When I eat french fries or popcorn I add enough salt that my family says, "Gross". or they just shake their heads. So! ?? Is there any other way to add sodium to our blood?
