That was my first thought. I'm obviously not a doctor but my blood pressure is 
usually low. I don't add salt to my food, just tons of pepper. When I eat 
french fries or popcorn I add enough salt that my family says, "Gross". or they 
just shake their heads. So! ?? Is there any other way to add sodium to our 
blood? What happens if we don't have enough?

I have been sick last 2 weeks with pneumonia.    
    
I feel way better now. But i have low sodium from my blood work. Has anyone 
else had this.?
