At night I often spasm tight and my arms get uncovered. Even though it's hot, the AC still blows cold air. So I wake up cold arms, tight muscles. Going outside right away feels so nice and relaxing. Like 85 degrees. Pus I can pick fresh tangelos or grapefruit for breakfast. Slice lemons or limes in my water. But by afternoon, it's getting to 116 this week. A little to hot now. That means the AC in the house is on a lot too. It's always something. Maybe Hawaii, nice and even all year. Greg
