So far, it hasn't done much better. Keep in mind that this is in spite of spending lots of time out of my chair and doing frequent pressure relief when I am in the chair. It's about 1/4" wide and comes in a roll and you cut as much as you need. I found spray normal saline to clean the wound. I'm going to get a alternating pressure mattress topper for my bed.
