What I do with appointments now is I have THEM write the appointment on their 
sheet and give it to me. Then I bring the sheet on my clipboard and if there is 
any confusion I hand them the conformation they wrote. Either this method or 
appointment conformation is the way to go because its a full day of preparation 
for a quad to attend an appointment.

and X-raysI showed up Tues early morning, and they tell me it's not until 
Thurs. But they called Mon to confirm it. But it's done. I hope they find 
something. But nothing too bad,I hate those MR I machines. I find if you tip 
your head back just a bit, you can usually see out the back end a little. Not 
so cloustrophobic. For the first time they gave me glasses with a mirror angled 
45 degrees. So I could see out the bottom into a window they were behind.
