I am attaching a link for a column wrote for New Mobility about AD.  The bottom 
line is any type of stimulus (pain or 
discomfort, or intense physical pleasure stimulus) can set off AD.  Here is the 
link to the column and at the bottom 
of the article is the SCI Nurse hotline number.
