Ever watch the show Outrageous Acts of Science? Youtube type clips of people making things, or doing things, stupid and or cool. Then they describe the science behind it. Great show.
Showed a clip of a lady in a manual wheelchair, she could drive / fly the chair through the water. She had a few propellers under the seat. A small, clear, batwing type wing to keep it going straight. She could fly flat, straight, mid water, do front and back loops. Really looked fun.
