I spasm a lot when my muscle relaxers are wearing off mostly or there is any type of pain/irritation below my level of injury. It does suck though and I wish I had a better answer for you/us since it would help me as well. The one thing a doctor suggested Ithink about getting is a baclofen pump but I'm still unsure if I should or not.
