I'm not sure if this is what you mean, but if it's the dictation box,
my version of NaturallySpeaking has a checkbox in the bottom left
corner labeled "Use automatic dictation box for this application." It
usually comes up if NaturallySpeaking isn't compatible with the
program you're trying to type into (Outlook in your case). You can
uncheck the automatic dictation box, but naturally speaking might not
work quite as well.
