Yeah, I consider myself to be a chronic insomniac. I have tried different over-the-counter sleep aids, as well as Ambien without positive results. I've pretty much given up, and just end up turning on the TV for an hour or so (luckily everything is Voice activated). When it gets to about one or 2 o'clock in the morning, I will turn on music through an Amazon echo speaker at a low volume, a playlist of songs that I know by heart by now. Doesn't always put me to sleep, but it does help to pass the time.
