Yes, but only if it's SCSI, in it's own powered box attached to the SCSI
chain.

The 630 board doesn't support a second IDE drive, nor does it support
"master/slave" switching.

IIRC There is an adapter solution which will allow the use of an IDE drive
internally on a SCSI bus in place of a SCSI drive. I can't recall it's name
but someone else here may do, or a Google search for "IDE SCSI adapter" may
find something. 

Though somehow, I don't think it was an inexpensive solution and may not
warrant the bother.
