I attempted to upgrade both memory sticks on my Quadra 660AV with 32meg sticks and now I can not boot. I am running MacOs 8.1. It chimes to begin but there isn't a face at startup, cursor just freezes. Checked pram battery, tried other memory sticks and used another hard drive without any luck. It will not boot from CD drive either. I can hear the hard drives start, but then they just quit. There is a possibility I may have induced static when I changed the memory. Any ideas on what to check? Can static problems be overcome? George
