Install LocalTalk Bridge on the 950 and you should be OK, but the
LocalTalked Macs won't be able to get on-line via TCP/IP without extra
software or a MacIP router.

No, that was *in*correctly pointed out to be irrelevant.  It's the only way
to do it short of a hardware bridge (which a MacIP router would also
function as).

Unless the printers in question are laser printers or Apple inkjets,
however, you probably won't be able to share them on the network.

TCP/IP file sharing can be achieved merely by installing the AppleShare
Client 3.8.something from Apple's FTP site; the last 68K version works as
far back as 7.1 and supports TCP/IP file sharing just fine.
