Are the connections from the logic board to the AV module secure and 
good?

(As an aside, my 840 isn't responding to <cmd><opt><t><v>. I have to 
use an old monitors control panel to switch it. From your syntax, 
pickle, should I really be doing <shift><cmd><opt><t><v>?)
