The MPF-75W is the basic model number. The 11G and 12G are revision codes. If Sony's revision coding is anythin like some other Japanese companies I am familiar with, the 11 and 12 indicates the artwork number (or mechanical drawing number) and the G indicates the "form, fit and function" compatibility code.
