Well I'm ready, but the folks at Output Enablers ain't. Go my sink, got my fan & the 33 MHz 68040 sittin' in the ol' Mystic CC is just waiting.
I ordered a 20MHz & a 21.5MHz oscillator from Output Enablers on 2/04, online & all went well, except for the confirmation. Sent an email to same <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> on 2/18, no response. Will send another. Seems the site is still up & no one is home. I just hate to leave my credit info in limbo like that, oh well change my account, now. Hear strange things are happpening in Silli Valley (tho OE is in Bezerkely) & business is wacked economically. Lotsa limbo. But I havent been able to find another supplier, online or off, for Full Size Metal Can TTL, 20 MHz & 21.5 MHz oscillators. Any suggestions? I do suppose the real way to maximize a CPU's speed is with a good signal generator. I understand CPU's can be individual. Even the serial busses are varable to some extent. Might even want to mix & match board & CPU to the overclock, if you've got components to play with? Lou -- Quadlist is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
