obviously, this is another STUPID spam blocking tool, that just like nearly all of them does block email you want to receive, and causes more work for everyone. i suggest that you always be suspicious of any one or any product that claims "100%" anything, and in particular distrust spam filtering services, most of them are pure snake oil at best, many blend the snake oil with a stinky brown material. SpamBlender obviously falls into the second category....
