The CD-ROM is fixed at SCSI ID of 3. The DDS-2 tape (DDS-1 on the WGS 95), which is mounted on top of the CD, has a select switch. On 950s, WGS 95 and 9150s, the SCSI cable has an active terminator, and no drive should have termination. For these machines, the CD should have PARITY, ID=0 and ID=1 jumpers plugged. 2^0 + 2^1 = 3, hence SCSI ID is 3. -- Quadlist is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
