and if you need a preamp etc. to record from something other than line level contact me, i'm making a number of such adapters for people on the swap list and people with a g3 that only has a "mic" level input. however, most equipment does have a line out, and sometimes a headphone output can also be used though there is sometimes distortion from not loading or "matching" the headphone output, other times it works great, it just depends on the equipment.
