I guess Paul still takes this job seriously! Truth about test messages
on lists is they are discouraged to limit the bandwidth use. The fact
of it is that if the bandwidth on the Quadlist is limited any further
it will be non-existent! I guess not many people using Quads these
days. What kind do you have Neal?
