Download the last file on the page, Filedisk for ShapeShifter - 
SS_Filedisk.lha.
Unpack the .lha archive and put the Filedisk.HFV into your Basilisk II 
folder. LHA will unpack in most windows unpacking programs, you may need 
to check the program options in winzip or winrar ect.
Run the BII gui and select the file for use. Make another 2 hardfiles, 
one to unpack to and a larger one to install 7.5.x onto. You should also 
check the "My Computer" option so you can find files on the pc side.
You should be able to boot the minimal system including stuffit. It 
should ask if you wish to Initalize the 2 drives. Yes. ;)

Now go to http://acmfiles.csusb.edu/pub/Macintosh/System/System7_5/ and 
download the 8 .bin files for OS7.5 then go here and grab 4 more that 
make up the 7.5.1 update.

In the emulation copy the 12 .bin files over from the pc to the spare 
hardfile. Now highlite and drag the 8x OS7.5 files over stuffit and 
unpack, with luck you will now have 8 floppy images mounted on the 
desktop, start the install to your larger hardfile. If all goes well you 
can now upgrade to 7.5.1 and shutdown. Drag images into trash to unmount 
them.

Change the hardfile option in the BII gui so you now boot off the new 
system, for the time being leave the Filedisk in so you can copy stuffit 
accross to the new image.

Basically thats it.
Stephen's link will work in the same way for OS7.5.3 which can then be 
updated to 7.5.5.
