As Andy said; my motor factor (Allparts) were able to supply the switch without problem. But it's a pig to change - enjoy it.
The connector is harder to come by. I ended up using one off a more modern ford (probably a fiasco but I don't recall which) in the scrappy, and splicing it onto the cable.
