Spoke to Anthony at Fast Road Cars who confirmed that the main jets
were way too big at 170. I need to measure the venturi size so that he
can tell me the base sizes I need but more likely to be in the region
of 145 main and i55 air correction. I'll post all the findings for
future ref once I have it sorted
Off to OZ in a weeks time, so it may be a few weeks before I get the
chance to work on it.

2 Vacuum take offs from each carb - all linked and conected through
the spark sustain (or is delay) valve and fuel valve as per original.
All new silcone vacuum hose.

If it all works out, I'll try and get round to writing a "how to"
article for the magazine.

Still unsure about the timing though. I feel that having fitted the
Kent cam and the Weber carbs that some form of adjustment would be
necessary. I guess a rolling road session would answer it but there's
not many left that want to deal with "old fashioned" set ups. I have a
pretty good ear, so that will my setting tool.
