Yes they should do discount. They are a bit wooly about how much and it seems to depend what product lines. I've found being quite direct but not rude or pushy is the best way "you give the quantum owners club discount can you apply it to my order please? How much is the discount now?"
I've also found that even if they aren't noted as giving discount, simply asking has rarely been turned down.
