Hi All,
I have read on this group from time to time the odd bit of negative feed back
regarding what is referred to by some as "new" Quantum and customer service's.
I do not wish to start a debate on the subject, but just had to post this.
I have just received a very, very nice get well card from John and Rosemary,
with a picture of my Xtreme on the front! (hurtling round Llandow I think) with
a nice message inside to say, they had just found out I was not well and
wishing me all the best.
Has any one else in the whole world received a get well card from the
manufacturer of what ever car they drive? Be it kit car or tin top, probably
not and with a picture of there own car on the front!..........I for one, think
this takes customer care and service to new heights, I'm so pleased to own a
Quantum.
I was already very proud to be a member of the QOC after all the cards and get
well soon messages that I received from fellow members. I have to say, when I
opened this card it did bring a little lump to the throat.
Long live QSC and the QOC!
