QMOPS? Remember this one as hopefully you'll be hearing a lot about this in
the coming years.

The committee have decided that we need to preserve the Mk1 Saloon 003, as
this is a significant car to the club, being the oldest surviving Quantum.
Therefore a sub-committee called QMOPS has been formed. Quantum Mark One
Preservation Society, if you're interested.

More information about QMOPS will be in QM66, but for now your club needs
you. We are looking for a number of volunteers to come and help us start
the process of restoring Q003 back to how it would have looked when first
made. Therefore we need club members to to come and lend a hand sanding
back paintwork on Q003 down at Horton, near Ringwood, Dorset on Saturday
20th February.

Don't worry if you can't make it but want to get involved, as there should
be plenty of other opportunities to help out in the future, but we are
looking to involve more club members and hopefully some new faces too.

If you can help please email me directly, [email protected], to let me
know you are interested and I will send you some more details nearer the
time. There will also be opportunities for members to get involved with the
QMOPS sub-committee too.

Regards,
Steve - QMOPS Secretary
