Yes there is a catch - you need to dismantle and remove this concrete precast single garage. The building itself is in average condition and is large enough for a medium sized car. Approximate external dimensions are 2.5m x 5m. The building is water tight, the up and over door works and locks, but isn't the best.
I'm unsure of the age, since it was here when I moved in 5 years ago, but if carefully dismantled it should be possible rebuild at a new site. Email me off list for further details and photos.
