A couple of years ago I investigated the springs with Quantum (John Sampson). MIne had the standard springs, which were fine for road use but soft on the track. The standard springs are 100 lbs front 250 rear, and the uprated 'road/ track' spring are 120 rear 350 front per Seans response above. I drove John's Duratec on the lanes near the factory and it was noticably stiffer, but not uncomfortable. These are certainly what I would go for when I change. Not sure what the lengths are.
