Mines at 135bhp with a 2.1 pinto, you should of bought mine !! IIRC, the ride heights should be 6.5" at teh rear (measured on the chasais rail just in front the rear wheel arch and 6" at the front (measured just behind the front wishbone).
As for sealing the door, I find a plastic bag wedged between my arm and the gap seems to do the job perfectly ! As for running hot, I have been thinking of putting a hole in teh bonnet, but haven't got around to it, mine sits at 90 degrees and will go up to 100 if sat in traffic on a hot day. Another option is to wrap the exhaust in that bandage looking stuff (don't know the technical name). A shallow sump is probably a better option than a sump gaurd. Mine is approx 1.5" less depth than standard and despite going over speed bumps etc, it has never made contact with tarmac.
