Hello, A friends son has not bought a car 'cus of around 3k insurance premium on even the smallest engine worthless set of 4 wheels. After a spill on a 125 I've kind of convinced his dad to look at getting him a quantum in part due to the insurance deal.
If there is a 2+2 or saloon going cheap can you let me know please? I assume club insurance has gone up but was it around 1k for under 20 year olds?
