Indeed; I forgot to mention this. There's an odd optical effect that the bluer light *looks* brighter but the eye is less sensitive to blue light. 4300K isn't much bluer than the standard 2700K incandescent or 3-3500K halogen lamps, but it is a noticeable difference.
