You could try the Mondeo upgrade if you're having trouble finding a Fiesta servo?
Not sure if Quantum owners do that but it seems popular with the XR2 crowd to improve braking feel/performance. Needs a bit of work to make it fit, the source is a pre-abs mondeo servo and cylinder.
