I went with the Star Brite restorer followed by 2 coats of the marine polish by the same company. Completed the work over Christmas so it's a bit early to say if it will last. I switched to the 12V Halfords polisher for the last coat which was a big time saver for me and I'd recommend to anyone else wanting to do the full job - the 2 coats of polish afterwards should make it last so we'll see...
