unlucky!

in the v8 xtreme, having thought I had things on track and had started to
use it, went to start it in the work carpark and ping the accelerator cable
snapped.. lucky for me this time it happened when i was stationary... it
happened in the last Q as i was accelerating hard with a beema right up my
....   thankfully they backed off that time and I managed to fix it at the
side of the road.  this one needed two cables to get it sorted, the
first attempt fell to bits - brand new too!

glad it was an easy fix.
