Well last weekend I finally saw another one, it was black and in superb condition powered by an XR2 sporting 40's and Piper cam and owned by a young driver who was visiting the Goodwood breakfast club as were we. He was then going on to Stoneleigh. Quantums seem to attract decent people (apart from me). Daughter Rebecca raced her Porsche 3.2 S on its maiden race to a class win at Silverstone today and we are all chuffed to bits for her as is her sponsors that we enjoyed meeting, the reason I mention this atall is that I drove my 2+2 up there and a Fiat Coupe won the Italian saloon race. Apart from at kit car shows, I have only once seen a Quantum on the road - and that was when I first road-tested the Quanturbo after the 20vt engine went in. He'd been to a county show down the road and drove past the workshop and it turned out he'd never heard of the owner's club, so I pointed him at it. But beyond that, never.
