Hi Edward The replies so far are correct, you only have to lower the engine, not remove it. This is only to take the pulley off so you can take the lower cover off. I have, however, modified the lower cover on my 2+2 and can now remove it without taking the pulley off. This modification just involved cutting it vertically in half so there is one bolt holding each bit. I still loosen the pulley and pull it away a bit to give me enough space to get the cambelt out around it. I'll be around the weekend after Newark if you want a hand.
