I have fitted the relatively cheap versions of these from Halfords to two of my cars, a Ford Focus and a Sabb 9-3, and found them to be quite a considerable improvement over conventional wiper blades, they seem to be more effective at giving a 'smear free' clearance of the srceen and are very much quieter, my old blades tended to squeak badly.
However the Saab has quite a considerable curvature to the edges of the screen and on the passenger side this leaves a moderately sized un-swept area, but this coincides with the tax disc position so does not really make any difference. I have not fitted them to my Quantum H4 yet but I will do when the old blades wear out.
