OK Folks, At long last photos have been loaded on to the QOC web site. They are in the members technical articles section. There are pics of the template, offering them up and then finished. Be aware the finished photo does not have the strengthening bar i have now fitted along the bottom from the hinge to the fixing bolts to prevent bending when you open the door.
